Start with work you already do
A useful starting point is one recent customer conversation, one active deal or one product question. You do not need a company-wide automation project. You need an input you can inspect and a result you can judge.
Oqera organizes this work in an office with an AI-CEO coordinator and persistent departmental Rooms. Each team has its own workflow, roles and review steps. Company context and saved artifacts give you a place to continue the work; you still check that the right sources and scope are selected.
- Founder Sales: prepare an active opportunity, process notes and review an unsent follow-up.
- Customer Discovery: extract attributed evidence, examine patterns and decide what to ask next.
- Product Decisions: compare options against evidence and review the decision before accepting it.
One customer conversation, several deliberate next steps
After a sales call, capture what happened in the deal. If the conversation contains a research signal, select that source for customer discovery. When the signal raises a product question, select the relevant evidence for Product Decisions.
Treat each transition as a choice about what information the next team needs. Supported cross-Room delegation remains controlled and scoped. A single request does not authorize an unrestricted chain of actions or the sharing of every private source.
- Input
- A prospect asks for an approval step before a shared report can be sent.
- Sales result
- A proposed next action and a follow-up draft to confirm the approval requirement.
- Research question
- Who needs to approve a report, and what happens when approval is missing?
- Product question
- Should the next experiment test approval, reporting, or both?
Bring context once, then check what changed
A source can be incomplete, old or contradictory. Saved context is useful only when you keep it accurate. New model usage is charged by your provider, and the beta's workflow and resource limits still apply.
- Apply for Closed Beta and wait for manual approval and invitation.
- After verified login, describe the company and confirm how Oqera understood it.
- Connect your own AI provider key and choose a model available to that account.
- Choose a team and one bounded task with sources you are allowed to use.
- Inspect the result, make the required decisions and save the next action.
Keep approval attached to the work
An AI result is a proposal to inspect, not proof that a customer agrees or that an action happened. Sales messages and publications remain drafts unless a separately qualified action is explicitly authorized. Unattended schedules and triggers are off in this beta.
Start with a result you can verify against the input. Expand to another team when that first result is useful. The examples here are synthetic teaching examples, not customer testimonials or measured outcomes.
Access and review
Closed Beta requires an application, manual approval, invitation and verified login. Applying does not grant immediate access. Six ready-made teams, guarded Custom teams and the Apps catalog are included. No Oqera payment or subscription is required. Bring your own AI provider key and pay the provider directly. External actions require specific permission and review; unattended schedules and triggers are off.
