1. Current availability
Oqera is preparing Free and Founder plans for the Closed Beta, with application and manual approval. Founder costs US$39 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Applying for the beta does not authorize a card charge. The confirmed offer and unresolved allowance and activation details are stated below.

2. What an Oqera purchase provides
Oqera software is supplied by Oqera. Operator details and support channels are on the supplier information page.
An Oqera plan provides access to the software features and resource limits specified in the offer. Oqera organizes tasks, AI teams, workspace context, results and human review. It is software access, not a promise of revenue, leads, accurate AI output or work performed by a human agency.
The six AI teams are Customer Discovery, Product Decisions, Founder Sales, Market, Content Engine and Marketing. Access depends on the selected plan. An app listing in the Apps catalog is not an activated connection; connection setup and permission for external actions are separate.

Oqera does not guarantee commercial outcomes from AI work. You must review AI results and use your own judgment for important business decisions.
2.1 Weekly usage conditions
Allowances refresh weekly. Tasks can consume different portions of the allowance based on complexity and computation. Unused Founder weekly allowance does not carry over. A monthly billing period does not mean unlimited AI usage.

3. Included computation and separate purchases
The Founder subscription includes model usage within the weekly allowance; you do not need your own AI-provider key for that included usage. Free includes economical models within its own allowance. Any additional paid allowance or third-party service must be separately disclosed before you agree to purchase it.
Optional services or provider accounts you purchase separately may have their own rates and terms. Their charges are separate from Oqera's subscription.
Compatibility depends on the configured model, provider and connection. Agent outputs require human review before consequential use. The current beta keeps sales messages and publications as drafts; required permission and review still apply to external actions.
4. Review and complete a paid order
When a paid offer is available, review the plan, included limits, currency, billing period, tax treatment and recurring charges on the offer and in checkout. Paddle shows the amount payable before confirmation. Correct your details or leave the checkout if the order differs from the published offer.
For a Paddle order, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles the payment, receipt and applicable transaction taxes. Oqera supplies the software. The supplier information identifies the operator; the Paddle entity is identified in the checkout and receipt.
Read and accept the Terms of Service and Refund Policy before confirming the purchase. Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to the payment transaction. A beta application alone is not a purchase.
5. Access, renewal and cancellation
Paid access is activated for the purchasing account through the fulfillment process stated in the offer. Keep the Paddle receipt. If paid access is not provided as described, contact Oqera support with the order reference; Paddle buyer support can assist with the payment.
A subscription renews for the billing period disclosed before purchase unless you cancel. Use the "Manage subscription" link in the Paddle confirmation email or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Cancelling a subscription does not by itself request a refund, close your Oqera account or delete content. Those requests have separate processes.

The Privacy Policy explains Oqera's data processing, including the data sent to AI providers and payment information used to manage software access. Paddle processes transaction information under its own Privacy Policy.
