1. Which payments this policy covers
This policy covers paid purchases of Oqera software supplied by Oqera. See our supplier details and Purchase terms.
Founder is a paid subscription; Free is a separate free plan. A beta application alone does not start billing. Model usage included in Founder is part of the subscription, not a separate provider charge to you. Charges for third-party services you purchase separately follow their own refund terms.
2. Oqera refund conditions
[[REFUND_GUARANTEE]]
Any voluntary guarantee is additional to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If applicable law or the relevant purchase terms give you stronger rights, those rights apply. Paddle may also assess refund requests under its own policy. This policy does not require you to waive a statutory withdrawal right, a right concerning defective or undelivered software, or lawful payment dispute rights.
3. How to request a refund
For an order paid through Paddle, request a refund at Paddle buyer support or use the support link in your receipt. You can also contact Oqera through the channels on our supplier information page for product issues and help with the request.
Include the email used at checkout, the order or transaction reference, the purchase date and a short explanation of your request. Do not send a password, AI API key, full card number or card security code. Paddle handles the payment refund; Oqera can help identify the purchase and resolve product issues.
4. Paddle terms and mandatory rights
Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy apply to the payment transaction. Eligibility for statutory withdrawal depends on the buyer's location, purchase and any legally valid consent given at checkout. An Oqera guarantee does not narrow these rights.
If approved, a refund is processed through Paddle using the original payment method where possible. The applicable processing period is described in Paddle's policy; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display it.
5. Cancel a subscription
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It is separate from a refund request. Use the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email or Paddle buyer support. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Account deletion, removing an app integration and disconnecting an AI provider are also separate from cancelling the Paddle subscription. Request account closure or data deletion through the process in our Privacy Policy.
6. Access after cancellation or refund
After an ordinary end-of-period cancellation, paid access continues until the end of that period, subject to the Terms of Service. If a purchase is refunded, paid access provided by that purchase ends. Access changes do not themselves erase your workspace content; the Privacy Policy governs data retention and deletion.
