2. Who sells a Paddle order
When a paid purchase is made through Paddle, Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for that payment transaction. The Paddle legal entity and transaction details are identified in your checkout, receipt and Paddle Buyer Terms.
Paddle handles payments, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment support. The Oqera operator remains responsible for providing the software and product support under the Terms of Service.
